This website, lausofbio.com, is operated by Lausof Bio (“we”, “us”), Calle Aribau 168, 08036 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@lausofbio.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Results may vary from person to person. Please read the full ingredient list before use, perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult your doctor before use.

We make every effort to display product colors, packaging and descriptions accurately, but packaging may change and on-screen appearance may vary.

3. Eligibility and where we sell

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery to the contiguous United States only, as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing or stock error or suspected fraud; if we do, we will refund any amount charged.
We may change prices and products at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Lausof Bio or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence that apply to you.
