Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in every Lausof Bio product. Because skincare is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original, sealed condition.

Unopened products — 15 days

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused and with the original seal intact.
To start a return, email info@lausofbio.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or defective as described below.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@lausofbio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products (except damaged or defective items).
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; we can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
