Shipping

Lausof Bio ships to addresses in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands). Orders are prepared and shipped from our partner warehouse in the European Union. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Estimated delivery includes up to 2 working days to prepare your order plus carrier transit time. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected time, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or it arrives damaged, contact us at info@lausofbio.com as soon as possible and we will resolve it.
