Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in every Lausof Bio product. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to info@lausofbio.com with your order number, or the model form below). We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We will refund the product price and the standard shipping cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back.

Exception: opened products

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (article 103.e of the Spanish Consumer Law, RDL 1/2007). Products must be returned unopened, unused and with the original seal intact.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@lausofbio.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you. The legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years applies.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; we can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
